How can I become a new customer?
Please fill out the online forms and either fax them in or email them to us. You need to fill out the “New Customer Profile” Sheet, one of the “Payment Forms”, and we also need a copy of your tobacco/OTP license for your respected state. As an alternative, you can also call us at 800-595-0796 and request the forms to be emailed, faxed, or sent via USPS postal mail. We handle all applications in a timely manner.
What is the most popular flavors of your OHM Pipe Tobacco?
Well, that is an easy question. Bold, Blue, and Menthol are our three most popular flavors. Although, our newly introduced Turkish blends are certainly catching up.
Is it possible for my store or company to receive some free samples of your OHM Pipe Tobacco?
Most definitely. As long as you can prove that you are calling from a retail store or wholesaler/distributor, we have no problem sending out samples to you. We do not send samples to regular end consumers/individuals.
What are your shipping policies?
Great Question! We ship via UPS Ground and UPS Freight. If your order fits on a pallet, we will ship via UPS Freight. For orders over $2000, shipping is FREE!
How long does it normally take for my order to leave your warehouse?
Typically, orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours, depending on our stock inventory. If we have all of your item(s), then your order most likely will ship the same day or by the following business day. During holiday seasons, we sometimes get jammed up on orders. During these rare occasions, orders are usually delayed 2-5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our method of choice is EFT. We will pull money from your account within 24-48 hours from you placing your order unless otherwise agreed upon. If you choose the EFT method, you get a 2% discount on your entire order. We also accept money orders, business checks, and cashier’s checks. We do NOT do “Net” terms. We also tend to stay away from the COD method of payment. If we go with COD, there will be surcharges.

- The ICT Loyalty Points Program and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Inter-Continental Trading USA, Inc. Participation in the Loyalty Points program is subject to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures (“Program Rules”) that Inter-Continental Trading UDA, Inc. may, in its discretion, adopt from time to time. Inter-Continental Trading USA, Inc. may amend the Program Rules at any time without notice. Inter-Continental Trading USA, Inc. has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules.
- The Inter-Continental Trading USA, Inc.’s ICT Loyalty Points Program is void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel and adjust points for any reason at any time including in the event of a return, replacement or exchange shipment.
- Employees of Inter-Continental Trading USA, Inc. are not eligible to participate in the program.
- ICT Loyalty Points never expire.
- ICT Loyalty Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Customers who are eligible for Loyalty Points must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid email address.
- Inter-Continental Trading USA, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to change these Terms and Conditions of this program, including the benefits and limitations of ICT Loyalty Points, or cancel the program entirely at any time without prior notice to you.
- Changes in the Program may adversely affect your ability to use ICT Loyalty Points to make purchases. Termination of the program will cause a forfeiture of all ICT Loyalty Points.
- Retailer, re-sellers and business accounts are not eligible for ICT Loyalty Points. We reserve the right to withhold points from purchasers who are identified as retailers, re-sellers, wholesalers or business accounts.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your points are properly credited. If proper credit is not applied, you should contact Customer Support.
- The ICT Loyalty Points Program is operated by Inter-Continental Trading USA, Inc.
